YES! Any order placed can be returned for exchange within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise. We welcome unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition and original packaging. Please ship out by courier or post to HKTDC Design Gallery (Address: G/F, Convention Plaza, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong).
We will be more than happy to exchange all the items we have received. We will email you a notification once your request has been processed. Once processed, please allow us 2-4 business days to ship out the exchanged item.
