ORDERS & SHIPPING

1.   What is my order status?

To trace when your shipment will be ready, you may directly access the tracking page of our designated service provider (https://www.sf-express.com/cn/en/dynamic_function/waybill/) with the set of way bill number we have provided earlier.  It typically takes 3-4 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us via phone at (852) 2240 5680 or email at dghk-eshop@hktdc.org

 

2.   How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not set up for any refund nor order cancellation at the moment. We recommend you to reach out to us via phone at (852) 2240 5680 or email at dghk-eshop@hktdc.org for immediate assistance.

 

3.   Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package is shipped?

You are strongly advised to contact us directly via phone at (852) 2240 5680 or email at dghk-eshop@hktdc.org on the same day when an order is placed! If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

 

4.   Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are offered by our service provider.  Please understand that customers may experience delay in shipment, please rest assured that they are on the way!

 

5.   How can I pay my bill?

We accept payments made by Visa and MasterCard for all orders. Pick one that is the easiest for you!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1.   Can I exchange my order?

YES! Any order placed can be returned for exchange within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise. We welcome unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition and original packaging for exchange. We recommend you to reach out to us via phone at (852) 2240 5680 or email at dghk-eshop@hktdc.org directly.  Please ship out by courier or post to HKTDC Design Gallery (Address: G/F, Convention Plaza, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong).


We will be more than happy to exchange all the items we have received.  We will email you a notification once your request has been processed. Once processed, please allow us 2-4 business days to ship out the exchanged item.

Please understand that the delivery charge from your location to our designated location is not covered at the moment.  However, the shipping fee to send out the exchanged goods will be borne by us.  


2.   Can I exchange my order if merchandise is found defective?

YES! We want to make our returns process as seamless as possible.  Please return the product within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise. We welcome unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition and original packaging for exchange. Please ship out by courier or post to HKTDC Design Gallery (Address: G/F, Convention Plaza, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1.   Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.  However, not all product listed on our website can be shipped outside of Hong Kong.  We are actively working on expanding our services to other ASEAN regions.  Please stay tuned for updates!
